regarding permitting, it is mentioned many times through this document as one of the biggest blocks in the Czech ecconomy, so knowing this im sure along with the EU wishing to speed up permitting they will act on this , which im sure they are doing , as its in their own interests to do so, a limiting factor for foreign investments and Czech investing ,
