Over the past year ive been forced to sell my holdings in this for personal reasons, but reading this... i think it worked out for the best.
KC is a lying dog that needs to be ousted. He's done nothing but the bare minimum for the company, hires excessive additional board members that contribute nothing towards what our obligations are for the project, and worst of all, LIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO SHAREHOLDERS ABOUT STATUS OF DFS.
...or even if im *absurdly* generous, he's simply incompetent at producing a DFS (which is basically our only job at this point), and thats even after he hires external consultants to basically take over that role for him.
