Remember that come Christmas EMH well need to raise funds. Christmas is around the corner, and with this glacial 'project progress' and divisive 'PR campaign' (of doing nothing) by Christmas EMH's SP will be in the teens and a CR will bring existing shareholders to tears.

Most of the existing retail shareholders are in deep losses so not entirely sure how much patience the retail may still have before cutting losses and starting to sell. Once we see that sell momentum, I strongly believe that the SP will end up plummeting into the single digits.

DFS or not, at that downtrend stage CEZ will buy remaining portion of Geomet for pittance and EMH will close up shop.

As per other posters analysis I tend to agree that unfortunately it appears that we are in the starting phases of a company wind up.
