I’d be happy for Zinnwald to take EMH out, but not the reverse because there’s always a takeover premium. I doubt that’ll happen in this instance though because of CEZ’s majority stake In Cinovec.
As things stand these will be 2 separate mines partly utilising existing infrastructure from historic exploitation of tin and tungsten. In this scenario the international border is not an issue.
