I'm the same. SP is not an issue.
My understanding from Keith's public comments in December 2021 is DFS due end Q1 or early Q2 with FID and construction commencing by end 2022.
They have been in offtake discussions throughout last year and terms are now very much in the producers' favour (as we all know)
On SouthWest Connect Q&A Kieth (from 4min 50 sec) says:
"more interested in signing the right offtake agreement, rather than one for the sake of it"
When we hold all the cards, this is a smart money maker move.
He also indicates they are in discussions with financiers as they need finance locked in by mid 2022.
