Be very wary of this. The paper originally quoted is an obscure Bangaldeshi publication. Spend half an hour googling Gilliar's name together with "European Metal Holdings". Not one result. Google his name and the word 'lithium', and a load of extremist US sites that are all trumpist and focused on 'exposing' Biden linked corruption. Dodgy as hell. I'm ignoring it.
