I don't know if you noticed that in the Financial Accounts ended...

I don't know if you noticed that in the Financial Accounts ended 30th June 2022 both directors KC & RP performance shares (2,400,000 and 1,200,000 respectively) were expensed in the profit & loss statement as management assessed the probability of achieving the hurdles linked to the performance shares as greater than 50%.

As a reminder theses hurdles to be delivered by 30th June 2023:

1) That the company has executed an offtake agreement for at least 25% of the product planned to be produced from the Cinovec Project.

2) The attainment of Project Finance for the Cinovec Project.

3) An announcement by the Company to the ASX stating that the Company has made a Decision to Mine in respect of the Cinovec Project.

So the next 7 months will be quite interesting.

Incidentally, I believe they expensed the wrong amount in the Profit & loss statements - they expensed A$1,896,130 but according to my calculations it should have been A$2,844,000...I sent an email to the Company Secretary for comment/clarification.
