These shares were given to AEM., the 708A announcement reads:
"The following securities of the company were issued under a share purchase plan as announced on 4th December 2008 without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the corporations Act"
So I beleive (happy to be corrected) that these were issued earlier, but are TODAY being listed as part of the total # of shares of PRR available to the market.
