Sometimes some of believe you have given away something for next to nuthin

Fact 1. Sdl was 32c pre insider buying and bid

Where would it be now if there was never ever any bid

Answer.... 24-28c

Fact 2. The board have been around the iron ore game and involved in Chinese negotiations with other co's for a while...don't doubt their integrity to get the best price possible

Fact3... Global markets are cactus now and for a while I'd imagine...these sovereign issues will not go away for a long time

Fact 4... If the vote got voted down - lord help us it doesn't - we are 30c

Fact 5 JV still hasn't occurred with other parties....whom in this market are are probably saying SDL it's 60/40 or we walk...not many options left

Fact 6 debt markets shot to pieces

Fact 7 let's hope a rival bidder is around...this maybe our chance for a higher price

I think SDL is a cracker company with a world class deposit ...I also recognize that the world environment is extremely difficult and our alternates aren't that great
