Peterdoobes, did you get any reply to your complaint? I wrote to the chairman, Andrew Barnes, 1 week ago. No reply.

I sent him a reminder today. If I get no reply by the end of the week I shall escalate to the ASX and/or ASIC.

The point of my question to Mr. Barnes was that (as far as I can see) the offer document made no mention of shareholders being able to apply for additional shares. The first I knew of this possibility was when I got the application form. Since it was not part of the offer document were they allowed to "offer" these additional shares and then take them away again?
