Stu - yes, the Nasdaq/SEC rules are that the Company is in a black-out until July 21st. also the banker's analyst cannot put out their research coverage until a set number of days after the listing.
As frustrating as this is for everyone, them the rules. I notice its trading up so far this morning on the Nasdaq.
