just decided to have a look into the current top 20 vs the top 20 posted in DTZ as of end of 2017.

Currently its at 4,279,999.... Sitting under the 5% substantial holders notice i see.... So this company has been buying up the quick fire sale hands of retails during the downtrend...
So who is buzz capital?
Subiaco (Its a suburb in Perth, where i was born actually).
Co owner of a Mr Zaakir Ismail.. Ismail should be familiar to anyone that has followed DTZ. This is Faldi Ismails brother.
So the former chairman/director's brother has been scooping up cheap shares during the last couple of months... Interesting....
