Take this with a pinch of salt mate, but:
Try not to get too emotional and impatient based off tiny movements in a microcap exploration company. Have an investment theory and stick to it. Your thoughts seem erratic and it appears you jump to some pretty rash conclusions without much evidence. This would no doubt increase the anxiety when holding such volatile company.
