Looks like anything between 3-3.2c is a good buy, and I think the sp will stay in 3-3.6c range for next 2-3 weeks so for those of you want to get in VLA you have planty of time to set up your position, unless we have some good news about phase 2 app. I would set my position up slowly.
Anyway I'm fully loaded in VLA, might buy some more if the price is right
