Thanks GZ.A contrarian view could be they are so confident they are going to come up with the goods at Enigma they are having this raising to reward S.I's who have and do support the company.I have to admit i have been involved with raisings in the past where it was a almost a dead certaintly one was going to make big dollars on stock that was allocated at a very low price.
