    I believe they know they have a very good job ( salary, super stc...) So they know they can't release a lot of share if the price rocketing, and Mike doesn't want competition or take over... More share holder more vote, easier to keep the job and be agains for an takeover. I was thinking a lot about it in the past and I think this is the only ansver...
