oil heads people used to say negative things about a lot of places on earth. who would have thought oxiana could have made a go of things where they are? Oil normally is in troubled places. Hardman is a classic example and its got a market cap over a $billion with 2 military coeeeees under its belt. I would rather be in the Phillippines. China is going to get very active int the Phillippines and oil is a must for that country. time will tell.
