The explanation of managements strategy is very rational.
Agree communications could be better, but off the ASX if not price sensitive unless statute reporting.
Only material matters should be reported such as failure of TOX.
So when and if the IND approval is granted and announced on a price sensitive announcement it will have a significant impact on share price and stay there until trial results are announced.
We do need stability.
