I am no rocket scientist. BUT this looks pretty obvious to me. CTP in trading halt because they are acauiring oil and gas assets and a debt facility.
No other oil and gas company in TH that I am aware of. I dont think we need to speculate too much other than how much of us they want, what is the deal and is anyone lined to to take what is left, of anything?
I am not an expert and they are both in a trading halt anyway. Time will tell if my rocket science is correct.
