All the indicators tell me that BLY will move up strongly very soon.
There seems to have been a far bit of pressure trying to keep this down around 30cents.
However I feel that once we get the SPP fallout out of the way, I see the SP moving quickly to 40 cents and then steadily up from there.

I am so convinced, that I have been selling other shares and putting all I can into accumulating at this level
