Upmarket the thing is do you know how many extras you are going to get....Those who have sold 55,555 at 0.30c may only get 18,518 back at 0.27c....!
And yes I believe it is being manipulated both on the buy and the sell side (i.e - Buyer on the bid and the seller on the ask are the same).
