It sure sounded like it. It appeared as if Brendan had already factored them in, saying (re the factory) "it's close to the Netherlands, Belgium and France where we have important partnerships", then having to backtrack with a bit of a stumble and specify "or where we have important partnerships developing".
Very intesting indeed, and not before time ... it's been quite a while since they've been in talks with partners to replace Nuon.

I'm not particularly surprised that there was no blockbuster announcement to go with the opening, although the one earlier tonight sounds very promising. Hopefully their reluctance to specify which leading utility it is will be due to the utility wanting to announce it themselves, or a dual announcement (hopefully with some talk of potential order indications).
