Read RIR today's ann was ordinary. Drill cores are showing 'little' sign of cobalt occurrence. That is why RIR management is very careful and used the word 'potential' in its announcement.
If drill core does not provide much evidence of cobalt occurrences then indeed, there are chances that a commercially viable cobalt deposit may not be there.
