IMO,the bigest cash cost eliment of iron ore maybe is the labouring.
Why do iron ore companies work 7 days a week and pay penalties (increase the cost) to oversupply IO and keep its price at low level?
Depreciation costs are only matter of book,because if mining equipments are less used,then they can be used longer period.
IMO,board and office expenses are not a big element in mining companies or salaries should be cut.
Why do miners work 7 days a week like slaves(in whole conception) to supply iron ore at cheap price to buyers?
