Also, what does McCabe Capital know that led them to buy 43 million shares @ $0.14 off-market from Dr. Bernard Hockings? That's about $6m worth of PYC shares – not a small investment and one would have to assume McCabe had a good reason to make the transaction. It stands to reason that BH would be privy to a lot more information than the average shareholder due to the family connection with RH, so has BH passed along information to McCabe that is not known to other shareholders?
