No, @mo72 Same players imv. However, think of the dynamics. 2 classes of voters. Class A: those with a direct interest- eg the founders, the BoD, Oracle. Class B: everyone else. Any new shares bought directly by Oracle only increase its vote in Class A (where it is already certain of reaching 75%), and decreases the pool of Class B shares, giving individual holders there more influence.
So who is accumulating, given this dynamic? Someone is, that's for sure. Who will gain, and how?
Btw, pretty good guesswork on volumes, but of course, I was only one of a bunch, some of whom were much smarter (but quieter) than me. Glad to hear you were in pre the Francisco Partners days; I had surmised as much.
