    The level of discussion on this forum is quite frankly embarrassing and based on the last few months experience, the LIN forum has been hijacked by posters with unquestionable links to either the Chairman or the CEO (i.e. the 2 people they fall over themselves to support and express their undying love for, no matter what).

    Worse still, they constantly attack any (newer) retail shareholder who, having lost their shirt in the last 6 months of suspect trading, might dare to question any aspect of the company's performance.

    One simple question is at the heart of the matter.

    Why are these posters so totally 100% supportive of mgmt?

    The SP is down 70%.

    Worse still, LIN has very poor awareness and a low number of people following it.

    This makes it easy to manipulate and this happens on a daily basis and is driven by the CXA.

    As part of their questionable Trump-like-loyalty, they try to pervert any discussion with misinformation and a failure to acknowledge reasonable facts.

    They hate it when comparisons are made with MEI (which again, I don't hold).

    However, MEI is doing what LIN should be doing.

    It has much higher awareness than LIN and 100 times the number of people following it so it is much harder to manipulate.

    They have a good story but Lindian has a sensational story - IF ONLY MORE PEOPLE KNEW ABOUT IT?

    Marketing involves a skilled strategy of getting people interested in your company's product.

    Simple definition but it does require desire, skill, experience and strategic ability to do properly.

    And it's certainly not just about speaking at a few conferences or taking a cookie cutter stand (like every other mining company) at industry events as thousands of mining companies are already doing this and it mostly just gets lost in the ether, as do ASX anns when few people even know of your existence, let alone follow your stock.

    To think that doing this is good marketing is naïve in the extreme!

    By any measure, MEI's marketing is streets ahead of LIN's and again the proof is found in the huge disparity between the number of people following the two. However, there's more to it and this is the part that really galls.

    There is no other rare earths stock that can claim to be the world's biggest resource or the world's greenest.

    Can you imagine what MEI (or any good marketer) would do with that claim if they had it?

    I reckon their MC would easily double or triple!

    This is an outstanding, world beating, marketing proposition.

    Q) And what are we doing with it?

    A) .......SFA!

    Our marketing efforts are embarrassing to the point of people like Dumaguete rightly questioning the reason for this.

    Is it because, existing mgmt is "busy" doing other things, or, do they have ulterior motives?

    Is it because the marketing is being held back because some big players aren't 'set' yet?

    Or is it because they don't know how/don't have the skillset?

    Whatever, the answer - the reality is that for the world's biggest and greenest rare earths resource, our awareness is pathetic.

    So why do "those" posters on here not want a better outcome?

    Most have admitted that they got in early for a cent or two.

    Common sense indicates they should want the SP to go up strongly as it would if more people knew that Lindian is in fact a world leader.

    Yet still they choose to attack anyone that has the temerity to suggest that the marketing (or anything else) could be improved.

    Clearly, they are getting something out of doing this - but what?

    What is their real motivation?

    Why do they instantly attack anyone who suggests some improvement?

    There has to be a pay off for them to keep doing this day in day out?

    It's easy to identify who they are and the fact that they hunt in packs, backing each other up to try to give a 'majority' consensus.

    Or is it just one or two zealots with multiple accounts?

    Or is at least one of them from mgmt in a thinly veiled disguise (as I certainly suspect)?

    The biggest joke is that marketing a killer fact like 'world's biggest' should be extremely rewarding and fun!

    WTF is going on?
