Not in my best interest - Mr Chairman

I’ll be voting Noat the Scheme Meeting,and these are my reasons why I believe this proposal is not in mybest interest:

• I’ve been a shareholder of MYX since 2018, and I’m down on my investment.

• I believe that this current management has found the formula to succceed in the complex pharmaceutical US market and the good times are around the corner.

• The profitable 1HFY 25 results showed to me, that a sustainable, turnaround with a lot of growth has only just begun.

• I want to be part of the turnaround story, I want to decide for myself when to get off the bus.

• The timing of the offer by Cosette just before the 1HFY 25 result announcement suggests to me that both Cosette and MYX were of the belief that the share price would have risen above $7.4 without the offer on the table. As such, I believe that the offer has put a ceiling on the share price rather than a floor, and the $7.4 does not represent any premium for control.

• The offer price represents 1.5 times multiples of sales ( i.e. $450M revenue & $678M offer). Companies in this space with growing potential trade at multiples of 3 to 5.

• I believe that if Cosette withdrew their offer, the share price would rise above the $7.4 , so I don’t think it is a risk for me to stick around until the vote and perhaps see the proposal defeated.

• Cosette has known about MYX commercial strength and the Direct to Consumer and success in its disintermediation endeavours for at least 3 years. After all, MYX has been commercialising at least 7 of its products for that period of time. So they know exactly what they’re buying. (see clip)
