Also, with OZL being at 6-month lows, at some point, the brokers (love them or hate them, they can still influence the market), will chuck a BUY or OZL, and off she'll trot.

There is enormous interest (and $$$) in this share and its trade. It is popular even when the share price is not, if you know what I mean. The 12c capital return is coming up , too (if approved). As to when it a buy-in time, I wish I knew myself, or someone esle knew- we'd be rich then.
