my opinoin it was ready to go
but then Shougang or some other IO deal fell through, as they all have and did under Thomas
he probably knew damm well the demerger was never going to happen
had virtually no news from the lithium,potash side of things all year
then up pop a $1 company formed on the 20th of October
if i can take 1 lesson out of this
