If what you assert is true it would mirror what John Howard's GST delivered only in reverse. The same GST that even the poorest of the poor & our pensioners now have to pay at the same rate as our wealthiest billionnaires & without the removal of all those state taxes & imposts we were led to believe would be history under the GST.
