It seems Venezuela's Chavez is asking for his 99 tons of gold (housed in the UK by JPM and possibly others) to be delivered to Caracas. There's only 10.9 ton there, I hear.

This is likely to be one of many future failures to supply that will finally give us appropriate PM price discovery, and send Gold and Silver to the moon.
