Mr ABC ,

if CDU are negotiating with 3 company's then there is a very high likelihood that CDU would be the target of insider trading .

When there is price sensitive information that only a few in the company know about ,then it would probably be managable,but in this case it would be impossible for WM to guarantee responsibility for other parties.

It is therefore essential for WM to cover his back side ,because sure as hell there is plenty of people on here that would call for an inquisition if the share price had a large movement prior to announcement.

There are regulatory bodies that breathe down CDUs back ,and WM will not risk the reputation of the company on something like this .

Now ,all of this is just plain commonsense ,and the only ones that will be whinging are the losers that want in ,and kicking themselves ,the shorters ,or the daytraders that are stuck in the trade ,and I dont care about any of them .

I would be happy if it stayed suspended until production.
