    I have held CDU for over 3 years; that probably qualifies me as "a long term holder". I have seen our CDU board have these apparent "switch-off periods" when we poor shareholders appear to be sequenced as the last recipients of Wayne's attentions.

    But this "s/off period" is at such an important time in the company's career that we are all rather keen and anxious to have a news update. Wayne, an update to shareholders would be VERY WELL received, even if CDU remained suspended for a few more days. Just a brief statement would suffice. Conix
