It's not a penny drop monkey, the delays are obvious to all. The punt is that they management is non communicative and optimistic and that there is enough money in it that that it happens in the end. Poor management is a plus in that situation. My concern is the posts from CDB on hot copper. "I spoke to Glen"= post from CDB....
