I am curious about the logic of the seller of 400,000 at 5.9c.If he wanted to sell a parcel of that size I wonder why he doesn't break it up into smaller parcels and dribble it out....I wonder whether it is a genuine sell or whether it is there to intimidate and encourage others to sell lower.
