Strauss , perfect summation for overland. Management will trigger a raising once permit comes through. Last raising at 25c in 2010 when zinc price was less than current. Peer zinc companies have market caps over 20m. Other consideration is that glencore may takeover overland post permit - not many zinc resources outside china. Also md has a 6 month contract with bonuses based on milestones. Permit- cr- re- rating This goes back to mid 1's next week will have to buy more.
