successful human clinical trial involving a commercially
significant compound within 18 months of the issue of the B
Class Shares; and
entering into a heads of agreement to license the Company’s
intellectual property for commercial exploitation with a
company having a market capitalisation of at least
$500,000,000 within 2 years from the issue of the C Class
Shares;
(collectively, the Hurdle Consideration)
