I wonder when that forthcoming annoucement will be released. They said that it will come b 4 the rights issue, so it must be pretty close.
The rights issue is on the 9th Dec, and there claiming a significant transaction for the Puntlands.
Therefore you must buy by the 5th (I think) to be eligable, being 5th plus next three trading days = 8th settle date and next day will be ownership date 9th Dec.
Anyway forgetting about that, then you could probably surmise that the significant transaction announcement will be by or before the 5th Dec latest.

Better be a goodie or after this wait we might see some edgy sailors jumping ship.
