I got clarification regarding the Warden Court, it is NOT about any disputes regarding the ownership of the claims, especially the one area adjacent to DEG, But it is about the iron ore rail line that runs through a number of claims, this has the court in a TIZZ, that is also the reason why there are multiple parties are listed for the hearing.
So be patient, and top up at these low prices, as I think we are due for some good news.
