May I ask where you gleaned this information and on what basis you make the claim that "we are due for good news".
I dont think anyone of late has been stating that the pending of the tenement grant to CAD has been the issue. The issue is the terms and conditions of the grant.
Are the objections based on one issue?
If it is rail, then I assume that the other parties want surety that they can construct the rail without inteference from exploration. This may seriously inhibit exploration.
