Gentlemen, please, can you refrain from any claims that Mt.B (E45/5041) will be granted on the 26/3/2021.

The matter is listed for hearing with 5 seperate objection numbers.

There are 6 different objectors including BHP and Roy Hill P/L.

How do you know a decision will be made on that date?

I would seriously doubt it, as decsions are usually reserved.

Can someone please enlighten on what researched information would lead to an evidence supported conclusion that Mt.B will be granted to CAD.

WE dont even know what the objections are. How could we know when a decision will be made.
