When you find a company ridiculously undervalued, it's a matter of allowing the rest of the market to realise it. Putting the runs on the board is the best way to do that and EMR are in the very early stages of that and not over the line yet. Deals always take longer than the market (and companies) anticipate. The parties the company are dealing with are often keen to go but then a director or someone else who hasn't the required knowledge needs convincing. After that tedious process, lawyers and accountants put in their two cents worth. So long as the asset is there, eventually the value gets realised and the sp goes up.
