Valad is renegotiating with banks, to protect itself CBA hire an independent advisor,why wouldn't CBA hire kordamentha to advise?given current market conditions ,it would be irresponsible to do otherwise.

I think it is a good thing and if they do renegotiate after kordamentha giving them advice,even better.
