Lokks like the sp is being "engineered" to stay between 3.8 and 3.9.

I have no idea why but this is often a tactic used by accumulators - impatient sellers sell to the ready waiting and patient accumulators.

Such activity is often followed by a breakout but we will see what happens. I have a small position and may add to it as I do more research.
