Yes Ruftyboy...decision soon......patient and loyal chm holders should get prepared to have their bubble of hope burst....expect an award in the region of $5 million...being Compensation for unknowing use of approx $300k of chm funds, (this including proceeds from 2 parcels of shares)...plus interest....1.5 billion shares out there at present, with a value of 2 cents....with all those millions of options also out there at 0.4 cents aswell...should see chm sp plummet to around 0.8 cent...and then the inevitable.!...delisting and liquidation....dont say it was'nt laid out on a plate for you....
