Read the investor group website for the timeline and you will better understand the original prospectus, in particular when the legals were against AKW and when GGP became injoined. Also the indemnity clause.

I'm not saying management are perfect, in fact I'd say they stuffed up big time. The due diligence was sub par and the delays inexcuseable. However they got some decent acreage for stuff all money. So hopefully they turn things around.

But I wouldn't say negligent or deliberate.
