Yes you are correct in that this company will be fighting in court alot from now on. The big difference is that shareholders will know that they are in court and will also get the facts of the past decisions made by the directors.
The past is coming back in a way they have no option but to fight against. Funny that honesty and integrity will be put to the test don`t you think. and probably all trials by Jury.
how long do you expect the seat warmers to stay? could you ask that question if you don`t know the answer.
