Reading the IG website, their is one statement/allegation which IF it can be proven would win them the case imo. But it also has far reaching consequences as I believe it would also help Page. Most the other facts are minor and would just be shrugged off.

I do think people are concerning themselves too much with the past. They have indemnity insurance. So better to focus on future. Either oil will flow or it wont.
