As it seems they are still in talks about the wording of this announcement and how to release it.
Inside 3M there will be many instances this announcement will have to get approval or signature from and as long as OBJ did not receive the final OK on this they can not make it public. They can not put OBJ on TH as long they have a message to convey which got approval from all parties being named in the announcement.
I believe that the information of an announcement arriving next week was a self protective action from OBJ ( probably a well premeditated move to avoid the thin line of insider info) as 3M is a conglomerate with slow moving wheels.
OBJ management does move very carefully and so far impressively between their need to protect confidentiality agreements and the wish to inform shareholders.
The longer this procedure lasts the more respect the management deserves in how they handle this situation.
All this supports the positive aspect of this latest information.
